London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) was expanded across all London boroughs on 29 August 2023, excluding the M25. Heathrow Airport is now inside the ULEZ zone.

ULEZ operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, except Christmas Day (25 December).
