What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our drivers all carry touch card terminals for easy in-car payments. You can also securely store your payment details in our app for automatic payment once you’ve arrived.
What areas do Hart Taxis cover?
Hart Taxis provides 24/7 taxi services for Hart and surrounding areas across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. We cover Fleet, Winchfield, Blackwater, Bramshill, Church Crookham, Crondall, Eversley, Farnham, Farnborough, Hook, Odiham, and Yateley, plus private taxi transfer to London airports and English seaports.

Can I pre-book an electric taxi?
Of course! Just click the electric vehicle option when making your booking online and on the app. The fare is slightly higher for an electric taxi or minivan as we need to reserve it for you, but you’ll cut your journey’s carbon emissions for your taxi ride to zero! We have 18 all electric VW SUVs and Mercedes eVito executive vans available, plus hybrid vehicles as part of our standard fleet.

Is booking through the app more expensive?
Not at all! In fact, booking via the Hart Taxis app saves you 5% compared to booking over the phone. For cashless payments, simply add your choice of payment details in the app – there’s no need to carry cash or cards with you.
Are your drivers local and licenced?
Yes, our drivers are local, so they know their Eversley from their elbow! All our drivers hold a full UK or EU driving license and also either a private hire driver’s licence (PHV) or a hackney carriage licence issued by the local authority.
The PHV licensing process involves involving thorough background and character checks to ensure each driver is a ‘fit and proper person’. We also conduct our own interview and vetting processes, as well as making an enhanced criminal records check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Our drivers benefit from flexible working hours, allowing them to balance their work with family and other personal commitments.
Are Hart Taxis currently hiring drivers?

How much do your airport taxi transfers cost?
We don’t offer fixed fares for airport transfers. Instead, we provide a bespoke quote based on your specific pick-up location (home or office) and the required airport terminal. You can get a quote by entering your journey details into our app or get an airport transfer quote online here.
Is taking a taxi to the airport better than airport parking?

Where will my driver be at the airport?
Your app will show exactly where your driver has parked. So just look out for them in the Arrivals Hall with a board with your name at Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, regional airports and TAG Farnborough.
Can you provide child seats?
Given the varying ages of our younger passengers, please let us know the size of child seat you need when booking. We can supply booster seats for older children upon request. You are welcome to provide your own child seats.
Do you have vehicles that can take six or more passengers?
Yes, and they are roomy and comfy too! Our executive minivans have plenty of room for up to eight passengers along with their luggage. What’s more, our fleet includes three Mercedes eVito vans, providing spacious luxury with zero tailpipe carbon emissions.
These smart vans are a really popular choice for our corporate clients, and are excellent value for larger families travelling to airports or groups with large amounts of luggage traveling to join a cruise at Southampton Docks.
